Refund policy

We will accept returns of full-priced unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. ***There are no Returns/Refunds/Exchanges on Long Formal Gowns.***

Please note: All sale merchandise is final sale.

Notice of a return via mail must be given to eightonmainboutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of your product.

All returns are at the cost of the buyer.  We are not responsible for packages that get lost in transit. Refunds can only be issued when the product is received back at the store.

Any customs charges (duty, taxes or brokerage fees) billed upon returns from USA are the responsibility of the buyer, and will be deducted from refund owing.

Footwear returns must be in the original condition. We will not accept returns of worn footwear.

Please note: All sale merchandise is final.

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Shipping charges for returned merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE.
