All orders are shipped via Canada Post, courier, or other trusted shipping partners and are processed within 1-5 business days of placing your order.
Canadian Shipping
- Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping within Canada.
- Orders under $150 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $11.99 CAD.
- Canadian orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier service levels.
United States Shipping
- Orders over $300 CAD qualify for free shipping to the United States.
- Orders under $300 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $29.99 CAD.
- U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment, although delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier service levels.
International Shipping
- Orders over $600 CAD qualify for free international shipping.
- Orders under $600 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $49.99 CAD.
- International delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing requirements.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
For all orders shipped outside of Canada, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout.
Eight On Main Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for any additional fees charged by customs authorities in the destination country.
Local Pick-Up
If you would like to pick up your order in-store, please select "In-Store Pick-Up" at checkout.
Orders are typically ready for pickup by the next business day unless otherwise communicated. Items can only be picked up during business hours.
